In General. We may collect personal information that can identify you, such as your name and email address, and in some cases other information that does not identify you, for instance, the source that brought you to this website, see "Cookies" below.
We collect this information so we can create more resources you love and to improve your experience on our website. This information is only shared with our trusted third-party partners when necessary to serve you. We will keep your data for no longer than is necessary.
We have direct access to information that we collect voluntarily from you to via email or other direct contact from you. We will not directly sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third-party outside our organization, other than as necessary via our trusted third-party partners to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order or host a class.
We partner with PayPal, Stripe and Shopify Paments, to securely process your payment. Therefore, we never learn your credit card information, only your name, email, and shipping address.
Additionally we use other third-party platforms to provide our services including, but not limited to, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Patreon, Thinkific, Crowdcast, Facebook, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Google Analytics. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about changes to this privacy policy and other terms of use.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information off-line. Only employees or contractors who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/server in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, a cookie may cache the Yarnworker site so that it loads quicker.
